Overlooking the Red Sea, Faraana Heights Resort boasts a private beach, 3 swimming pools and a discotheque. Diving and other water sports can be arranged upon request.

I don't recommend! Never again.

The swimming pools (size and look only).

Terrible food, dirty restaurant, very dirty dishes, bad quality of products used. Not enough food (no cornflakes, sausages, tomatoes and milk 1 hour before the end of breakfast) - they brought them after I called the manager. Horrible behaviour of the Egyptian guests who were fighting for food, taking full dishes and leave them on the table without eating. Plastic and small cups in the bars. No snacks at all. very poor all inclusive Dirty island in the middle of the swimming pool with many dangerous spikes around sunbeds. Workers were drinking alcohol in the beach bar during their work (bottle by bottle)! No animation at all. Terrible, uncomfortable beds. Dirty water in the swimming pools.

Nothing.. everything is bad, i did not like anything

No cleaning, the staff with very bad attitude, the food quality is poor, the rooms very bad,, ac’s not working good even in the restraunt.. really iam confused

I liked the beach

The restaurant buffet ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) it needs more varieties Some of the chefs (not all of them) needs to be trained to deal with the guests and to clean the equipments which he is using to make the omlets during breakfast.

Passable but won't go there again.

The staff were very friendly and really wanted to make us happy. Specially Mr. Beshoy who was very helpful and friendly. The food was good with a great vriety between fish, beef, and chicken dishes.

The rooms are very old, the remote control for the TV wasn't working when we arrived and had to have it changed. The boiler also wasnt working we also had to change this. The water pressure in the toilets was very low, water is barely coming out. The room had stairs inside which was not convinient nor safe for my elderly mom or my 2 years old toddler. The room has very poor lighting and the electrical plugs are very few around the room, no plug next to my bed. The toilet door had no locks. The mini bar barely cools anything inside. Everything is old. The restaurant A/C and ventilation wasnt good at all we were sweating like crazy during meals. You have to take many stairs whether you are going to the restaurant, or the reception which wasnt convinient for my family.

The room was spacious and comfy, clean with a view on the pool and aqua park.nice balcony. The food was mostly nice,specially breakfast.

The toilets downstairs beside the restaurant need better cleaning

Every thing is bad it is not a hotel anyway check the photoes of damaged window curtains , damaged and dirty toilets , removed wall paint, dirty beds, there is a garbage at the front of the room, restaurant is dirty and poor and finally the staff is very bad and not presentable . They also don't carry your bags on trolly but just a guy comes carry on bag and telling you to carry the other bags and follow him to the rooms also he damaged my bag.

The hotel room doesn't meet expectations, the air conditioning unit is not cooling and the very slow response from hotel frontdesk !

Don’t suggest going there at all!!

The price and the staff is good but they are short staff

Short staff, location is far from the town, poor experienced staff, food was nasty, reception is so poor, rooms are not clean, no housekeeping.

The quietness of the place

Food wasn't that good I was half board however the hotel didnt provide us with water bottles we need to buy it for 20 LE On booking they advised snacks all day was the uglest snack ever even not fresh, The rooms weren't clean and has no supplies like shampoo or shower gel WiFi wasnt working And if you called the reception need something they will advise you no room service available

Nothing...

The room had bed bugs, I got my entire body full of bites! No one cleaned the room the entire week but came in without asking.. don't know what they did but cleaning wasn't one of it!! Food was disgusting and tap water contained very nasty yellow particles, couldn't even shower!! Terrible hotel!! Would go for a refund!!

It’s not beachfront, in evening impossible com for beach Not clean rooms Everything looks old and not refreshed Not have good program in evening Towels were not changed in room . On the large bed they put two small sheets because they probably didn’t have a large one. In the shower rust flowed down the taps

If we will visit to Sharm El Sheikh we will stay in there again. Because they are so kind, wellcomin

First of all thanks to Mina who was Supervisor of front office, than the other animition team and kitchen team are really nice and well coming. Architecture is very good, and the sea is really good than our expections. You should eat pasta and drink beer after swimming we love meals too it was enough for us.

Aquapark was closed it made us sad. You should take something for insect bites (esp: mosquito)

the workers are sitting relaxing leaving the stairs dirty. I stayed 2 nights and for the 2 nights there were plates on the stairs that no one picked. I can keep on but I guess the point is clear. This was my worst resort experience ever.

First of all the check in was nice but the recepionist made me stay in a very far away room ( no. 4231 dont stay ever in it) from the main pool & the restaurant although it was in the 3rd floor while i told the recepionist that my daughter hates stairs & i carry her she is 4 years. Then i took one day to change the room to a closer room to the main pool & the restaurant. The main pool was dirty ( attached photos for some pools ) that my daughter refused to swim in it but there are another 4 pools in which one pool only was clean which my daughter accept to swim in it. The room i changed too was good enough and close to the restaurant. The shower in the new room wasnt working well. The beach was so far that you cant walk it you need a gulf car which is not availabe any time. The room service was very good & they try to please you. The lunch is soooo bad with no varities at all & soo poor The brakfast was soo poor with no varities with no bread for eating beans. The dinner was good enough not very good with little varities. The restaurant is not big enough. The beach i didnt use it all i didnt go there except one time only in the first day but it was too far for walking & to wait to shuttle bus about 30min in the sun with hot weather. My whole trip was 3 nights which i spent 1 day in the First room ( no. 4231 ) & didnt open my bags cuz i know im moving to another room next day but it was 1 hard day with no rest as i go upstairs to the 3rd floor every time i go to the pool with my wife & daughter while holding my daughter also long distance to the restaurant. Also the reviews which was written in booking in this hotel are not right & people lie about this reviews which is not true at all.
